House hunting is apparently always a nightmare. You get excited, then disappointed, then hopeful, then frustrated and just overall go crazy. I'm crazy to start, so I have a leg-up on everybody else. I think I'm getting the idea of what I'm going to be in for, though. Shoot me now.
With that in mind, aren't these adorable? Yet again a design with influence by Robin Moses, but I threw in a bit of a change to the color scheme as a tribute to our women soldiers. Go Get 'em, Girls!
What says Army Girl better than Skulls & Crossbones, in camouflage?

Patriotic
Hope everybody had a fantastic 4th of July!
We had batted around the idea of heading down to Galveston to watch the fireworks show, but got sidetracked and when we thought about it there wouldn't have been time to make it to the island and park. So needless to say I was very pleasantly surprised when as we were about to dish up dinner we started hearing telltale pops and crackles, and looked outside (figuring it was kids in the parking lot) to see a full-fledged display out over the lake. It was a pretty darn nice display for being a show put on by the subdivision, and we had awesome seats - walk down 2 buildings and sit on a grassy slope for an uncrowded view. The 'drive' home was pretty quick and easy, too ;) It was nice to not only get my pyromaniac fix watching stuff explode, but feel patriotic doing it!
And not only that, I was all decorated for the occasion - Robin Moses style! Patriotic skulls, with red white & blue ribbons.
