The French manicure is a timeless classic, and appropriate at work, school, weddings or funerals.
Now don't get me wrong, I'm all for crazy colors. They're fun & often crazy - but not always okay everywhere. I have a feeling my 4th of July mani that went over so well at IHOP wouldn't have flown quite so well at, say, a 5 star restaurant in New York City.
I just want to make sure I keep up with not only the fun & freaky, but also the respectable & refined.
Nail Art isn't just crazy. It can be classy, too.

4th of July
Well, the country seems to have turned of the AC this summer, but with any luck it'll be a nice day on the 4th. Be ready for it with patriotic fingertips. Here's an idea:
